Josh has been on prednisone for about three weeks and it has not helped control his seizures, which are occurring about 3 times per week. He will be gradually taken off prednisone and will start a newly approved drug called Vimpat. We are also considering proceeding to phase two surgery.
On another note, Josh started school on Wednesday and appears to be doing well with the new routine and his teachers. So far, so good.
